This isn't a copypasta, and I'm not a "hipster". I don't know how you came to those conclusions.
A hipster is someone who follows the latest trends, and I clearly don't do that.

Gen Z is cool. I think that each generation is more open-minded than the last, or at the very least the younger generation will be the ones pushing society forward as a whole more than those of the older generations who may be less inclined to have their opinions influenced. When I was in High School, I had the mindset of "oh man the world is gonna be FUCKED when my generation is the one running the world", but that's a very unsophisticated way of thinking about such a large, arbitrarily defined group of people.

What ways did you think things would be fucked when your generation runs the world?
