If you want a mod that's fleshed out, something like Jenka's Nightmare, Cave Story Lost Land, Headman, or Ordeal Pillar.
For simpler fast pace experiences, there's Carnage Clash, Genuine Plight, Cave Array, Kashungo, Fever Dreams of Ascension, The Sushi Strikes Back (a lot of mods by Enlightened One are amazing), Cave Story Randomizer, and many more.

Also I dont like Cave Story A Lost Land, I respect Cold's opinion on the mod but Jenka's Nightmare is better and you should probadly try what Cold reccomended as well,
