Presumably, "my HD" means "my hard drive"... I.E. @DoubleThink has the mod stored on his computer, but it is currently not available for downloading.

That spreadsheet isn't the mod archive btw, but rather an information list for the mod archive when it is finally finished. Until then you can ask DT.
