he sent my parents an email saying i wasn't working in class and that i played on the shitty calculator games. he still says that i played around with it too much and won't give it back. today he said that i really need to get one, and when i say "my family can't afford to buy a 100$ fucking calculator" he says "it's your fault" i now don't know what to do, use my video game mone for a 100$ calculator, or don't listen to him and take 10 minutes to complete an equation

is it possible to report this to the higher-ups of the school? if you're confident that you're absolutely in the right, of course.
