I normally post a status once per 2-4 days.

Attacking me on a personal level Spirit, doesn't change the exsisting facts.

what existing facts do you even say you have

blink it's not your choice how many messages spirit makes
if you want to make one message every 26 months that's fine, don't push your own practices onto spirit

You can disable notifications for status updates and look at them once in a while through View New Content, if you wish. I'm not a fan of making lots of status updates myself, I tend towards being a little more spare, but I don't think it's very polite to both ask someone else to stop and act as if it's inherently a bad thing...

Spirit: I haven't posted a status on my wall in almost a month now.

I'm under the illusion that Spirit will actually say something worthy to read someday.

If you're stubborn enough to read each of his messages hoping that one of them conforms to your personal standards then you have no right to criticize what he posts
