• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

After reading <a href='http://www.cavestory.org/forums/index.php?/topic/4743-c-or-java/' class='bbc_url' title=''>this thread</a> I want to know more about what I should use to program my games in.

I know you said that Java sucks for 3D and that it is unstable. (and also seeing this happen in BL a lot lol)

I was wondering where to start?
I was going to do C++ because it seems like the basics of the basics, and you stated that it's better to learn first so that I don't pick up habits from Java and stuff.

So yeah, I was just looking for some info about this before diving into everything head on.
