I did, I don't know what happened to it, I'll repost it here. Also, I hide the forum, but I put it back up by recreating it, so it has the same name but no comments. (I did that before you made your comment on it and I didn't see it. I just happened to see in the email.) Anyways, I follow my own topic!

When you get to first cave, go left towards a small building, go in and go through a second door inside. There in clinic ruins, avoid the chest (unless you want a battle) then go through the door, to Ground. Go right, then play thorough the destroyed egg corridor. (I recommend searching for heart tanks though.)
