You could say that. This guy even thinks that IP bans have no effect on him!
He basically took most of the information I have at these forums, like my location, and he *almost* took my birthdate as well (only one day later than mine). And then, <em class='bbc'>somehow</em>, he managed to bypass the banned usernames ("Shane" isn't allowed in usernames at my forums except for myself but he managed to bypass that) and <a href='http://shane.freeforums.org/post5784.html?sid=0c6f2ab4ea5cf510ebaa450a9e6a3db2#p5784' class='bbc_url' title='External link' rel='nofollow external'>he claims to be immune to IP bans</a>. We'll see if that's true, but I doubt that.
