These happen when you "deactivate" the end scene entities in the corresponding rooms. Curly acts normal (which is strange) and the end scene in the Seal Chamber doesn't move. I think the Seal Chamber one follows the player and uses <FON to simulate <FOM. Why Pixel didn't use <FOM in the first place I'm not sure.
Just thought you would want to know, since BL and all.
Also ignore the grey bar that's my compy being a tard
