I never like being the one to backseat moderate but I suggest that people should look at <a href='http://www.cavestory.org/forums/index.php?/topic/3110-new-forum-rules/.' class='bbc_url' title=''>http://www.cavestory...w-forum-rules/.</a> I mean, don't people have to look at this before they are registered? Also, the red banner just does not seem to work despite being red and demonstrate a simple rule. idk how this should be dealt, whether if it's to add more banners (since the people obviously ignore the banner at the top and bottom I highly doubt that it would work).

Also, why am I not telling andy/making a thread about this?
