Those are all great. If you were to do one of the two music ones, I'd suggest the "how to listen" one, which I think is, ironically, more "fundamental" than "the fundamentals of music" since the latter (I'm guessing) describes the "rules" of a very specific and narrow approach to music. Though I suppose it's possible the other is similarly narrow, but I suspect it would be less so. I dunno how well I can compare those to the linguistics one though, me being much more experienced in music than linguistics.
