This happens to me sometimes, but after opening the game a second time it works just fine, so maybe try doing that?

Sorry if this question sounds dumb/should have been asked in the modding Discord, but is there any way to set a weapons maximum level below 3? I highly doubt this would work, but I just wanted to ask. (As far as I am aware there hasn't been any question regarding this, so..)

Currently working on a Cave Story x Touhou mod, I haven't planned out the story but it's likely gonna be Reimu in the Cave Story universe.. whatever that means. Some sprites here are subject to change. (Oh and there's also some weapon changes aswell, such as the Gohei or Purification Rod that...
