I think it should be in japanese since in the japanese version it says Curly Brace so in the english version it should be カーリーブレイス. (Curly Brace)

Well the romm it was in was edited from the shelter, and I just set his flag and flagID to none, I deleted all the discussion crud, then it STILL wouldn't appear. Likely to happen, but I don't know why.

There we go, that's fixed, and a little progress is underway. But now, I have a Kazuma event, and he won't appear. I can't activate it at all. And, I used the one from the shack directly, if it helps.
