Quote has a personality in much the same way that 0 is a number. Okay, seriously. He's Samurai Jack, only toned down.

Quote is EXTREMELY heavy. He can't swim. In fact, he sinks rapidly to the bottom of the water in all but the fastest of currents. Perhaps the boosters create a localized gravity field combined with rocket thrust. Net effect: weight is irrelevant.

Do you mean videogame or tabletop RPG? I can only handle the second.
