I've updated my drivers and attempted to update DirectX (I already had the latest version) but my game still displays as a blackened rectangle. I need at expert. Or an exorcist.

Any recommendations?

Specs (Did I miss anything?): Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Intel Celeron CPU B815 4 GB RAM Intel HD Graphics Family

I did try downloading it again and got the same result. My graphics drivers should be up to date. I will double check, but I was able to play Pink Hour perfectly well in the past, which is the most confusing part to me.

I purchased Kero Blaster for PC after having it on mobile and hating the touch controls every moment. However, now that I've downloaded it, it seems to only load a black screen window. Specifically, why do more characters show up as I finish the boss rush more times? The President's pet just appeared two or three rounds ago. Where does it end? Does it matter?
