I only know about Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders and the former is terrible.

 

Why didn't you list the up-and-coming Independent candidate, Deez Nuts? He's gaining some traction and I think it's a tad biased that you didn't include him.

There's a big difference between "want to be" and "think will be"
I genuinely want Bernie to win but his chances are pretty minimal considering Hillary's got most of the attention for the Democratic Party
That and the fact that a shit ton of people are gonna misconstrue his self identied socialist view as communist and well

I normally don't care about politics, but this year is different.

I would personally want to see Ben Carson to take the position; he's incredibly intelligent, and he would be able to take this country out of the hole it has dug for itself.

But alas, I've reached my daily quota of politics! D: *Disappears mysteriously*

 

I heard somewhere that it has been predicted by someone or something like that(perhaps the Maya civilitation, at leaast from a source that predicted more things) that a women will be the next American president. (We are talking about the next American president, right?)
Remember that this is a prediction, and that I just heard of it.

Further, I have heard about Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump, but I only just remember the names(if it weren't for Camero in Trump's case).
As long as it doesn't affect other continents too much, I don't care who wins.

Unfortunately, that picture contains the only candidates I've heard much about.

 

I have no idea who any of those people are, so I choose Hilary Clinton. Because equality for all genders and stuff.

Uh, and Donald Trump isn't? My one hope is that we don't get a conservative. PLEASE, PLEASE no conservatives. Not one Republican. They Democrats may not be great, but if Donald Trump becomes president? Are you joking? He has no political experience. He's just rich, that's the only reason why he's able to run for this.

Not only that, but we've gotten so far with rights for the LGBT community. A Republican, especially a conservative Republican, could ruin that. Plus, there are still rights for women that need to be won, such as guaranteed paid maternity leave (you know, so a woman can go have a child without getting fired).

The only good thing a conservative might do is fix our god-awful immigration policy. But they'd screw everything else to hell and back, so it would be irrelevant.

I don't know of most of the candidates, only Ted Cruz, Hillary, Marco Rubio, Rick Perry, and of course, Donald Trump. My one hope is that, per usual, the real asses (like Trump and Rubio) will say something unbelievably stupid (as Republicans usually do) or get into some kind of trouble (as many politicians do) and lose the election as a result.

He said "the former", not "the latter". In this case, "the former" refers to Donald Trump, since he listed Donald Trump's name first.

Actually, any American citizen can run for president. The ones that win usually do it with a lot of money, though. What I'm saying is, Trump's fortune doesn't give him an advantage over the other Republican candidates, because other candidates have plenty of $$$ too.

 

I think the only reason he's still a potential canidate is because he's less boring than the others. He says whatever he wants. But that is also his biggest fault. He says alot of things that are just plain stupid and that turns people against him.

Thats also true. If he does become the republican canidate than the democrat canidate will win for sure.
