They should all use argh my eyes by default methinks.

It happens when you either follow default settings or don't log in.
I agree that it's slightly annoying, but not actually that big a deal?
I mean, you can set which ones you want to have.

It's not that big a deal, but it also shouldn't be that big a deal for the staff to change it...
