The problem now is, no recoil when shooting left and right.
Maybe not, but there is a recoil when he shoots up.

Quote must indeed be very lightweight to be pushed up with one gun.
Or really, gravity is very wacky.

IIRC robots in the Wasteland entrance did break their bones in the process of jumping upwards towards the exit. Also the similar situation of Prof. Booster in the huge ledge before the big rock in the monster lair.

Wasteland? You mean, the Labyrinth, right?

It is also mysterious that Quote takes no fall damage anywhere, *but* when he falls out of the First Cave, he lands and *Poof!* he's lying.
Oh yah, Labyrinth.

But a platformer like CS having fall damage is annoying.

I think I'd say just "lightweight" before "flimsy."
After all, he's a scout robot, it makes sense for him to be lighter so he can navigate more smoothly. Light enough not to take fall damage, even.

Something else to consider: Quote got the machine gun from Curly Brace, it is logical to assume from there that the machine gun was given to Curly before she went scouting. Wouldn't it make sense that since they're so light, humans specifically designed the machine gun to propel scout robots? Makes sense to me, at least.

Therefore, I want to see Doctor and Booster trying the machine guns for themselves.

Up to the surface.

It's weird how quote beat up 90% of the stuff in the game and is light enough to fly on a gun.

He uses a gun, not hand to hand combat. It doesn't matter how light he is.

Mimigas. But you don't kill much much cuddlier Mimigas like Ravils.

Just wondering... if the Machine Gun had unlimited ammo, is it possible to do a Hell Run with it?

The Machine Gun has unlimited ammo.

But it is not possible, since when you're in Sacred Grounds it's a huge zigzag over there, and you might end up getting into the spikes if you're not cautious enough. Especially if you're bombarded with enemies, that is.

But TBH I do use the Machine Gun sometimes in replacement of Boosters. It equates the absence of the Spur and the Booster v.2.0

I mean without reloading. So that you could hold and shoot forever. And awwww.... I thought it would be epic if someone did a hell run by using the machine gun and no boosters.
