How Long Has It Taken You to Beat Hell?

How long did your run of the Sacred Grounds/Blood Stained Sanctuary take?

4 Months. It took me 3 to learn the level design and 1 to learn Ballos.

 

It took me a few days. Each new room, area, and Ballos form presented its own new challenge that threw me off the first time and took me quite a few tries to get past. The first night that I reached hell, I'm pretty sure I was able to make it to Ballos. It was those next few days that I spent sharpening my skills getting to Ballos with enough health and figuring out how to beat him. I probably would have taken longer to beat him if it weren't in the Summer and if I had a job at the time.

 

6 months.

I dropped the game a few days after encountering the sanctuary and then replayed the entire game out of boredom. It took me only a couple runs to complete it after picking it back up... Which was a complete surprise to me.

 

It took me about a week of playing when I could, and a few days afterwards to perfect my time. :3

 

Not quite sure how long it took me. I know it was pretty damn long, maybe a week or more. One of the longest amounts of time I've spent trying to finish one area of a game.

 

Waaaaayyy too long. Took me months, Me not knowing of The Spur's existance at the time didn't help either.

 

4 weeks. After I finally did it on the Dsi, I had to do it again on the 3ds...

PC: I haven't tried yet.

Like, 3 MONTHS, keep in mind, I was playing in Easy mode.

Took me only 3 days with the help of my friend, who fully got me hooked on it in a conversation about the demo.

took me about a month after I discovered it, and it took me a few months after that to beat it without missiles

 

Around 2-3 weeks on easy.

 

I don't really remember, might have been a few days after I started actually attempting it properly. The map-transition-milking trick helped a lot.

 

The B3 room reset trick also makes it easy to practice no damage runs of B3.
