He downloaded Cave Story Deluxe, burned it to a CD, put a label and some cheap CD covers with art he probably never got permission to use in a commercial product, let alone Cave Story itself, and expects to sell it.

This guy's an asshole.

Ebay should remove that auction and any others like it immediately. : (

Edit: I just sent a Ebay Violation Notice for this auction: 160081069252. However since they do not allow you to specify a detailed description of the problem, I'd advise any of you that are against this to also report it to Ebay.

It ticks me off that Pixel's property as well as other fanartist's property are being sold for profit by someone else.

i cant report it because i dont have a ebay account,but im strongly against it :D , i just asked my friend to search up cavestory on ebay as a joke and saw that auction to my surprise :D thats how i found it :p

WOW this really pisses me off, i just got around to finishing lite and i see this shit. This is unbelievable that someone would take my project, deluxe which is a freeware package of a FREEWARE GAME, label it as his own, then sell it on ebay. We definitely need to tell pixel if we havent already.

I currently have just finished work finally on lite, with a new version of deluxe on the way. It will be on a mix mode Cd that will play the soundtrack when in reg cd player and run the installer when in the computer. There will also be a cover designed by me, FOR FREE NOT THIS EBAY BS, included. Lite will be uploaded when i get the chance to do it. :p
*edit* well i guess that pixel misunderstood what was going on
