A quick question on how to PM

I've tried using the search function to find my answer, but I've had no luck so far so I'm asking in this thread, I'll greatly appreciate it if someone can help me with this:

How do I send PM's to another forum user, or is there a pre-requisite that needs to be met before I can send PM's?

 

You have to be on for a certian amount of time or have a certian rank I think...

 

This is kind of rule bypass, but does the person in question have contact details in their profile?

 

Emails and the like? Yes, but sometimes those are not provided.

But in this scenario they are. Worst case, you have to ask someone with contact details to act as a mailperson.

PM tools are located on each persons profile page, as well as on the top-most bar as a letter symbol next to the notification button and your profile drop-down.
