A bit of advice

Pulling an all-nighter, then forcing yourself to stay up the entire day will leave with a short period where you feel entirely awake, but are probably just loopy from the general lack of sleep.

I'm familiar with this. It's quite blissful, but the impending crash is not fun.

 

As time wears on, I'm feeling more and more of the crash approaching. I'm quite surprised I've managed to make it to 6:30 PM.

Don't worry, there isn't a third wind. Wait too long and you'll stop functioning properly, probably to the point where it will just be impossible to stay awake.

It usually happens to me on a day when i have school after, it's so weird because I'm not even sleepy at all during class.. But then I come home and crash haha. xD

You should do what Captain faggot said, try going 48 hours without sleep.

 

I love going to bed at 2-5 AM on a daily basis and staying awake throughout the day with no naps.

Yeah we did have an insomniac's club thread, but that was just "post here if you're up late." I was thinking we all stay up hella late on the same day. Whoever goes the longest without sleep gets a SPECIAL PRIZE.

Well, I eventually ended up going to sleep, but at the surprisingly normal time of 9:45 PM. That totals up to... 37 hours awake, I think. I stayed semi-coherent the entire time and even used it to fix my sleep schedule. Fun!

Really though, pulling an all-nighter during relaxing activities like reading is far less tiring than doing it with friends. Especially as the threat of someone sneaking up and farting on you is so much less, allowing for you to be far less attentive.
