As an experiement, I was trying to lengthen the egg corridor (from 300 to 332 tiles). It seemed to work, but when I went to save it I got a "Error saving map data" message. Previously, I had heard that in Kaeso's mod one of the areas wouldn't work with the map system because it was too large...

I think that was a design choice by Kaeso. In his other mod there's some basils that never ever touch the ground... Honestly, I would have done more about it, but the way he's positioned them is weird (they are all ammassed in one place in the editor and are probably movesd where they need to be...

I just got the Beast Fang! They changed the text for this version! "You don't see anything. How did you get the Beast Fang?" and the description too: "You're not supposed to find this. How'd you do it?"

Well, after the early changes to the ending and the inclusion of that particular item (plus some alterations to tunnel and sunken city) everything I've done was with Cave Editor... so yeah, it's perfectly safe to do so.

Did you play the 3DS port? There's LOTS of houses in the background! I definitely think the Mimigas used to live in GrassTown before the war and moved into the village we see in the game either at the end of it or as an attempt to hide away from the robots in a more secure location.
