Go to your "data" folder, right-click and select properties, then uncheck read-only. I it asks you to apply it to all files in the folder, tell it yes. Problem solved. Had the same problem myself. The creator (Wistil?) should change the error to say something along those lines. :o

Well, I just finished the ROUGH draft of my storyline...I'm working out kinks now, and if I start the actual MOD by...say...tomorrow (bc the beginning half of the mod is fine-tuned, up until the first court section, I wouldn't need the command for that...)...then I guess by like next weekend...
