Toroko is simple with the Fireball, if you can dodge the blocks, and since her pattern is short and simple, you can defenately take her out before she can hit you.

Before trying out the fireball the Bubbler was the best at Balfrog. At least on level 3.

That would be pretty cool. I tried out the main part earlier today on my keyboard, messing around, and it's pretty easy, at least considering I'm crappy on the keyboard. ;) I can't even play two parts at once comfortably.

Well you hit all the right notes and stayed to the same general speed for most of the song, and that means you're a decent keyboardist. I just think that you played too fast and chose the wrong channels to play. The main one would sound better, but it's still proof that you can play well. ;)

Has anyone ever created trick run maps for Cave Story? Like the kind of stuff that was in the hard-ending Last Cave and the first screen of Hell? Stuff that pushes the limits of getting the most out of your booster or machine gun. That would be cool.

That's why I never released it in the first place. I kept on tweaking and redoing it and that's the best I could do. *shrug* I'm still a long ways from doing anything more than sharing my music here and on the LJ for kicks. Thank god it's not my career choice. ;)

Could you perhaps make theirs eyes looking to the side while their faces are looking more foreward like they are? That's the impression I got from the game - at most, their faces were more at an angle, staring at the side of the player.

It's a nice remix, but it could've been a midi, considering it uses standard midi instruments in an mp3. O_o Better samples would've made it awesome.
