It all really depends on how detailed you want the animation to be, wether you prefer the movements to be individually drawn or motion tweened, really varies

You probably got on a server with lots of ping, thats why Its playable if you get on a server near you, theres about 30 servers up though, unfortunatly the only servers near me with low ping had no one in it, so i had to go to a high ping server(because of my location) and the game was pretty...
