I am a disgrace as a hardcore Cave Story fan. The past three years I thought the name of the song that plays in the destroyed Egg Corridor was "Scorching B<strong class='bbc'>l</strong>ack." And then just now I had to type it and had a thing to reference to showing me that it was back, rather than black.
Pretend that you're applying a CS+ port, and that port uses custom NPC spritesheets or regular spritesheets. If you had to choose between making that mod share save slot sets with Curly Story or having to open up a separate EXE and getting to have its own save slot set, which would you choose?
A new version of Plus Porter should be coming fairly soon. At first I was thinking it would take up to two more weeks, but actually it may very well be ready before Monday. I'm very excited to make this release, because up to this point Plus Porter has been somewhat of a novelty due to its limited features. But after this release, you'll be able to do things that you wouldn't be able to do manually.
